Cant Connect To Server and i am tired of not being able to play cause of this issue

i google this many times and it never solves the problem and there is 1 thread but i cant post on it and it from 2014

please help

it goes like this

everything is fine, i get to champ select then loading screen there into a non-stop disconnection

a message pops up and thats sasy i cant connect to server

and i unable to play for the rest of the match

i used to put up with this because it happen like 1 out of 8 games

but last 2 days its been non stop disconnection in every game beside 2

all my games r fine and only LoL is doing this

and this has been happening like since forever ago but i stop playing LoL and i go to different games

i have restalled LoL i have added it to expections in anit-virus and many more things its all useless

plz help me
