I have over 300 honor and I don't have a honor ribbon yet I am disappointed

You need consistent rating to get a crest of honor. Most of the people I know who have them only play with buddies, who consequently rate each other so they get them. If you do enough ranked, it almost always goes away (or used to, solo-q days). Now with dynamic queue, I suppose you could still get them.
