Can anyone please tell me how on earth do you get in BRONZE IV if you win 8 of 10 placement games. This cant be true man, how on earth can you be placed in SIVER 5 if you ONLY WON 3 GAMES, please can someone tell me. this is realy annoying

You're going to get placed according to where your MMR is. If you were low Bronze MMR last season, you're going to be low Bronze again, and 10 games are only going to help so much. There's no more free rides to Plat for a Bronze getting lucky in placements, or a Plat getting Bronze because of bad luck.
People who have never been ranked before have fresh MMR that will probably be around low Silver even if they don't do so well.
