Will we get banned or even if we are reported of afk, will we be banned because of all the commotion with the hacking and stuff? Because I was in a game and it crashed and yes I am from North America, so it crashed, and i can't get in my game, will I get banned?

Being afk or disconnecting once or twice won't get you banned. It's only an issue when you're doing it multiple times. I don't have an exact number, but that's what I've heard. However, one of my friends had horrible internet for a while, disconnected from a lot of games, and got banned for a couple days. There's not much you can do about it though, except don't quit on purpose.

I've had times when I disconnected 2 games in a row due to my internet randomly crashing. The first time, I had been in a game and about halfway through. The second time, I had just gotten in game.

When my internet "fixed" itself I got back on and had a pop-up-like thing that mentioned LeaverBanner(?) and that I could and would be banned by it if I kept leaving, basically Riots way of removing those who purposely leave before or mid-game, and the auto-banner WILL ban you for a day or more, depending on how often it's done.

So yes, you can get banned. You can also report someone for leaving during the game when it ends. And although I am not completely sure, I believe that the more it happens in a small time frame, the higher your chance of getting banned by LeaverBanner(?) then if you say... Disconnect or leave early/mid-game every few weeks or so.

Please be aware, I am not, in any way, saying this is a way to get around a ban if you leave games intentionally with a choice of staying or leaving as you can, and probably will, still get banned since you can be reported for going afk and/or leaving.
