I am fairly new to league so I don't know if this idea has been brought up before, but I think it would be a really cool idea if Riot released a champion at some point without giving any information on him except what you can see in game. So everybody has to figure it out for themselves.
What do you mean? Like, the champ just has no lore? They would never just release a champion because that could fuck up balance really bad, if no one got to test it.
This couldn't work because the game is globally competitive, and new champs and reworks HAVE to go through the testing on the PBE or they will royally fuck up the game. It'd be like releasing a cell phone without adequate testing that bursts into flame when you charge it... oh.. wait...
