The Rune Symbols

I was looking at the symbols on the runes, and i might be wrong but to me they kinda look like this (look at the attached pic)

quints: man - goat - lion - tree marks: arrows - dagger - morningstar - flask glyphs: hand - seashell - candle - key seals: wing - shield - chalice

how come there's 4 symbols of each except for seals there's only three? i dont have ocd but i like things that are done right. anyone know the reasoning or logic behind this, please share. ty in advance

im pretty sure that 1st quint is a dragon but idk

There are more, but some of them are retired, for example, if you look at my rune pages here you will see that page 3 has some wreath quints. As far as why seals only have 3, IDK.
