Trap Detection

Please remove the (Trap Detection)passive from "The Lightbringer" and "Hextech Sweeper". It's unfair for Teemo's ulti. At least take it into consideration to remove it from Howling Abyss as the map is so small whenever a Teemo is played that item is always purchased.
