Make champion and skin spawn animations play right before respawing!

Every time I use a skin with a really sweet spawn animation, such as zombie brand or creator viktor, I always miss it because I'm in the middle of a game and need to get back to playing asap. Riot should really play respawn animations for skins before the actually respawn much like how jungle creeps have an animation before becoming targetable.
