Champion Mastery
Anyone know if there is more than 5 lvl champ mastery i saw some more icons other than lvl 4 and lvl 5 mastery icon and if there r more mastery lvls how many points do u need to get to those lvls?

Currently, level 5 is the highest you can achieve with Champion Mastery. Whether or not Riot will make higher levels, I don't know.
Okay, so it looks like there may be a Champion Mastery level 6 and level 7, however, those icons you see in the video aren't even available to obtain in the PBE, let alone the live client. Who knows when Riot will make it happen, but as of right now, the current highest Champion Mastery level you can achieve is level 5.
