I was thinking that maybe Riot should add a system in which you can trade RP for IP, since sometimes it gets pretty bothersome having to play so many matches to get a certain amount of IP to buy runes and what not, but I also believe it should come with a limit.
that would make the game "pay to win" and riot want the game to be more skill based if you want more skill play more games. how ever if you realy want ip for rp the play arams and boost.
I did say a limit, meaning the new players can get runes a little faster, but with a limit, just like with refunds for champs bought with IP.
