Does Windspeakers Blessing?
Hello, Could any of you tell me if Windspeakers Blessing add that percentage to your items w/ shields? (I.E. Face of the Mountain, or Locket)

When used on an ally other than yourself, your heals and shields are 10% stronger and increase your target's armor and magic resistance by 15% for 3 seconds. the your is referring you're abilities the tool tip is needs updating
Yep, it applies to all shields and heals, I believe that's why they nerfed
