Need a better Judicial system.

I was playing a game, out bot started to feed. This is when braum wanted to quit only at 10 minutes. after a while of him flaming he decided to just stop. He stood at a tower well the Nexus was being pushed by their team. I tried to stop the arguing the whole game but nothing would happen. Once the braum didn't do anything, it was making me mad too. I try to stop it every game, but they don't care if there mad.

I think that riot could do a couple thing about this. One - Make it so players can report someone in game. two - when 3 or more people report someone, a employee would hop in and spectate a game three - if he saw that this person was flaming and trolling he could get a ban asap we. They easily have the money to do this considering how many people play their game.

Also the elo system needs to be reworked, as many said before me, elo is for a 1v1 game. What should happen is you get the elo from not only wining but also how your in game performance is. They have a rating system in normal games and that seems like it would work.
