Second Chance On Permanent Ban

Dear Lyte Sir, My friend Deiske has recently been permanent banned because of intentional feeding in one game. I know Deiske is extremely toxic and he has been banned a lot of times before. I have a request here, Can he please be given a second chance please? Him and I promise you that he will never again violate the riot rules and agreements and will also write an email apologizing for his actions and also that he will never get toxic and will never break rules again. I mean it Sir, League means a lot to us. He has been playing League since 3 years and all his hard work is gone because he took advantage of it and he is guilty about it and will never do it again. I am not saying he does not deserve the ban, he did deserve it . Please give him a second chance because he has realized his mistake and will not make mistakes again. I read it in a post that 95% of people who are given a second chance always fail at it but I promise you sir this won't be the case. Please think about it because it really does mean a lot to us.
