Nunu and Fizz aren't children IIRC. Gnar just came out of being frozen for thousands of years as well. Why would he age instantly? That's not how being frozen works. Check out some cryogenics stuff
If ANnie was 8 upon release in 2009, she would be 13 years old right now, still not enough to warrant a new model, really.
