I Can't Keep Doing This

Every time I queue up, I review what mistakes I make, then say to myself, "I won't make these mistakes." Then, as soon as I get into the game, I proceed to make every single mistake that I just looked over and told myself that I wouldn't. I take a break, get some fresh air, come back, and then make the exact same mistakes again. I'm not going to bother listing the things I do wrong, because recognition isn't the problem. It's implementation. How do you guys stop yourselves from making mistakes? (And don't say "Play ranked more," "Play normals more," or "Play [champion] more," because I tried all that.) Thank you to anyone that has any input for me.

Or just quit playing in general because this game is cancerous

You are playing too unconsciously. Focus on being aware of what you are doing/seeing while you are doing it. Do this with everything

maybe, instead of reminding yourself the things not to do, remind yourself of what it is you want to be doing. that might be a different enough approach to help?

You could just be putting too much pressure on yourself or at least from the way you're putting it. I did this a lot to, to the point I almost gave myself a head ache, or even start sweating at the loading screen, knowing I'd probably fuck up again like usual. And then fuck up like usual because I handicapped myself before I even touched the rift.

We all want to get good at the game, but at the end of the day it's a game. Games are meant to be fun. Like why the hell would I play Baseball if I don't think it's fun? I don't think it's fun, so I don't lol.

The easier to take it on yourself the more naturally things come to you, easier it is to do even the most basic things like check the map frequently, or remembering to position yourself properly as an ADC ect ect. Even the best players can put too much pressure on themselves and choke to the point they wiff an ult so hard even Phreak couldn't make a pun about it.

I remind myself that at the end of the day it's just a game, and remember to have fun out there. Man I type a lot >_>

If ranked duo parter if normals even more people in a group. The idea is to get called on your mistakes as they happen. U have a blood lust issue they tell u to stop, if a warding issue u listen where and how.

Having the behavior change in game play through intervention helps breaks habits. Just remember that when they are correcting you that they are not being a jerk.
