Unjustly banned for 3rd Party Program?

So today I attempted to log into my account and received the, " this account has been temporarily suspended" message. So I start questioning, I check my email and riot sent me a message saying I used 3rd party programs to alter my league client, which I can argue that I do not use any hacks, or anything to help me boost my gameplay. Can someone help? I've submitted a ticket, and i'm just playing the waiting game, I would just like your guy's opinion on this situation. Thank you for your time.

Suspensions for 3rd Party Applications are very, very rarely issued unjustly. In cases where the account owner has no recollection of using these softwares, another player who had access to the account typically is the one who has used scripts or other unfair software/modifications. Suspensions can be related to actions on the account dating back to several months prior to nearly a year prior.

If you haven't had any suspicious activity on your account/given access to any other player, continue with managing your support ticket and a specialist will look into your request.
