Looking for older people to play normals with

I'm a relatively new lvl 30 looking for some older-than-League-average, nice people to casually play normals with. I'm a 27 year old woman and am looking for people around my age (maybe 20+?) who want to have some League friends to queue up with. It'd be fun to Skype (or whatever other voice program) and play somewhat frequently. My skill level is average and I still have a lot to learn since I only recently made it to 30, so it'd be great to play with people who are either around that level or, if you're better, willing to teach.
