Laptop Suggestion

Looking for a laptop as I go off to college that is under 500 dollars and will be able to handle at least high character quality with 60+ FPS. Yes I know desktops are preferred, but I need the mobility of a laptop for coursework.

What I found on youtube. The A10 would be a better choice, as it has a better GPU, but the i5 with the 4400 would beat the A8.

league at 60fps is literally nothing. the cheapest laptop you can buy now will probably do that.

just get and i5 something and you'll be set for a while

I read around a bit more. That would be fine, but you should also consider AMD A8 and A10 processors. they have more GPU power and may give you a better result.

Either way should be plenty fine, though

Is this one better? http://m.ebay.com/itm/141599769484 It's cheaper, not sure why but it is. A-8. I know little to nothing about hardware so thanks for all your help.

if he wants a laptop below $500 he HAS to resolve to onboard graphics. And when it comes to that AMD is the wrong choice. Consider a 4th gen i5 with an intel HD 4600. that should run league stable at 60 fps with all high settings except shadow settings, which should be kept low.
