Riot Servers Pls

I never post anything on here.. but I am just about sick and tired of the Riot servers these last 2 months. I love this game and I pay good money on it but I find myself playing less and less because of these issues:

Constant lag spikes. No, its not my internet. I'm an IT specialist and I can monitor my internet as the game progresses. Plus I have no internet issues on anything else I play.

At least once a day, I get stuck in a game that does not exist. That means, the game end, we go to the game lobby, say our goodbyes and report the troll that exist in every game and finally leave to start a fresh game. Riot servers say NO, NOT TODAY SIR. I am stuck in a game that does not exist. I'm thinking, "Oh, nothing out of the ordinary here!" I re log, just to be in a 20 minute wait time. That at least happens once a day.

I, as I am sure others do, experience something I refer to as "Concrete Lag". Now, I don't know if I can consider this lag but ill do my best to explain it. Concrete lag is where I cannot move or perform any actions but everything around me is moving fluidly.. So if you can imagine, here I am standing still in a team fight as everything around me is fluidly working. Everyone dies on our team except for me cause I am stuck somewhere for at least a good solid 4 to 5 seconds (Which is a long time in a team fight.)

I am an understanding person. I know things cannot work all the time.. but this is everyday. Everyday. I cannot stress it enough. Something needs to be done to at least make the servers somewhat better. All I ask for is progress and I see none.'

Now that I am done complaining to the world, I will continue to stare at the login screen as I am 1st in line apparently but cannot enter the game for some reason. Riot servers OP
