Did I miss somthing? Is Teemo being removed from the game???

I'm not sure if this is a joke within the chat globe or really happening. I'm not a super Teemo fan or a huge hater "well within the regular amount of rage." I would just like to get a handle on the facts. If someone would, i would enjoy to know whats going on. Whatever the case, what does everyone think about Teemo being removed? Pro, Cons? Be it the truth or not. Sorry btw if this is a joke that went over my head lol. Thanks!
