Question about skins from Hextech Crafting

I know we can get things like UFO Corki, Championship Kalista, and Pulsefire Ezreal. But what about the Victorious Skins? I'm a Janna main, and Victorious Janna is the only skin I don't have for her. If there is a chance of me getting Victorious Janna, then I'm about to start buying RP.
