How do I get the riot fistbump ward?

I've seen a few people have this ward skin, but never knew how to get it.

I believe Rioters at past events a long time ago had codes that unlocked these wards. If you talked to the Rioter you could get the code. I'm not sure if this promotion is still happening.

I believe it still is. I got mine last year at a local tournament that Riot showed up at.
