The Real Reason why Deathfire Grasp was Removed

The original 120 AP items were Rabadon's Deathcap, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Deathfire Grasp. Notice how the first two indicate a name: Rabadon and Zhonya. DFG doesn't have a name in its name, so that's why it was removed and replaced by Luden's Echo, which does have a name. They changed what the item does to cover up the real reason why DFG was removed.
