Saying "ez" isn't toxic.
Played a game and some guy kept saying "gg ez", I said "Nice" After the game he added and me spammed "ez" Told him he is just being toxic. He said "saying ez isnt toxic"
what are your guys thoughts?

It's Unsportsmanlike conduct and it's reportable.

"GGEZ" is typically said only to rub a loss in the enemy's face. Antagonizing people like that is the definition of toxicity, so yes, it's toxic. Spamming isn't much different, so either or both ways it's unsportsmanlike behavior that doesn't have a place here.
Sometimes it's not said that way and is more sarcastic (especially when they are the ones that lost), but it's still childish. I wouldn't bother reporting it by itself, but it is punishable.

It tilts me, even with really close games everyone says ggez

This plus other things cough broken champs cough, really bad internet, ETC have made take a huge break from league.
