Taskbar overlaping borderless

If you know why this is, and how to fix it PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!! ITS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY I've been using fullscreen, however if i alt-tab to go to my other monitor, the game freezes and I can't see whats going on, which is why I want borderless.

I had that happen a month ago.

Restarting the service "Windows Explorer" through the Task Manager fixed it.

Go into settings after you right click the taskbar and enable auto hide. That will get rid of it.
