CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme Gaming PC

Alright so I've finally ordered a new PC after gaming on an hold HP laptop for years. I have just ordered a Cyber Power PC with the specs : Intel Core i5-4460 3.20GHz, 8GB DDR3 Memory, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750, Windows 8.1 64-bit - GXI1400T. How will this PC do on games like LoL and WoW? I've been told by a bunch of people that the graphics card is horrible, and will hold back my PC. I'm worried. Will this PC run LoL and WoW on high settings? Will I be able to keep 60+ fps on LoL?

Yes, the graphics card can run LoL on high for 60 FPS, if not a bit higher. Sure, it isn't the best video card, but LoL isn't exactly the most intensive game graphics wise.

Will it be able to stay over 60 fps in team fights as well? that's the main reason I'm replacing my current laptop. Teamfights are unplayable.

If that thing can't run max settings at all times with flawless framerate, I would be very surprised.

League isn't that intensive to run.

Hmm. For my tastes I would want more RAM (I'm currently idling at 9.6 GB of RAM being used) and more VRAM, but there shouldn't really be any issues playing League at 60 FPS consistently with that hardware.

i have a worse video card than that since its a few years old now and i get something like 200 fps in league. its pretty much impossible to notice improvements visually past 60 though so it doesnt really matter. that pc will run the game very well for you.

the videocard is fine (at least for league). 8gb of ram is fine for league. the processor is fine for league. its not that its a bad computer, but for the money you could have done better building your own. I wouldn't worry, you'll be able to play league on max settings. if you don't have a gaming monitor with more than 60hz refresh rate, just lock the fps. there is nothing to be gained from having high fps, if your monitor can not display it!

in the future (and i'd do that sooner than later, add a ssd and use a migration software to transfer your c drive to that ssd. (samsung are market leader, and the evos with nand have a 5 year warranty)

Your computer also allows max 16gb ram. find out your rams mhz speed (1333 or 1600 usually) and then look out for good sales to get an additional two 4gb sticks (always buy a pair), maybe next black friday. Preferably buy exactly the same brand and model of ram that is already in your computer.

The gtx 750 is a budget card, but hey, you didnt pay top $ on the system. its gonna suit your needs!

and in case you are afraid touching your machine: Hard drive and ram updates do not void the warranty.

Sigh... it's how many* frames per second. Frames are countable. The word "much" didn't sound odd at all to you in that sentence?

Your still gonna get low FPS due to the fact that it is a server issue not a hardware issue.
