A feature needs to be implemented, that lets you, after a match, ban a person or persons from ever being in your game again. Just a ban from you being matched with that person. That is all. If you don't agree, you're that person. GG.
The report feature kind of does this in a sense, it just lowers the chance of them being matched with you again but I really don't think there's much they can do to permanently make it so you won't find these people again.. The match making system tends to find people online and put you with them, if you were to remove people completely from being matched with you there'd be smaller and smaller chances of you to find a game.
Abusable in Ranked.
Would put queue times through the roof in all queues.
Unless you both instantly re queue or have VERY high MMR, the odds of getting the same player in your match again is pretty low.
What if I ban EVERYBODY I SEE. Then I have to wait 3 hours to find a match? FLAWLESS SYSTEM! DO IT RIOT!
