Who will NOT take rewards at the new season?

So guys i saw on some forums that someone will NOT take rewards if has a chat ban or a 20 mins low priority... In my personal opinion i think this is the worst thing that riot can do because the half of the league community will not take rewards.... (Pls riot i had a low priority but i have made a breakthrough about this in the last two months)....If you have more informations about this matter feel free to discuss .

Remember that that chat bans, and 20min queues are only for if they are still active when the season end. You have more than enough time to change your ways, but if you been ban you are out of luck for rewards.
