A Troll.

This individual, A person who I will not name because it will get my post deleted again, decided that they would feed the whole game as our jungler. Now, I know, people say that people try and just have bad games. No, not this one. This person verbally assisted the enemy team, feed and went 1/8/0 in 21:04 mins. This can sometimes be just a bad game, but it was the verbal conversation that made it painful. He several times leashed for the enemy team, which btw, the enemy team was ok with not killing him until after he smited dragon for them, then blue buff and showing them where wards are. I don't know about anyone else, but this for me was the worst game that I've been in, and the games only seem to be getting worse. I really wish I could understand why people do this, but I don't. Which brings me to the responsibility of who needs to take care of problems like this. Riot, I believe this is your que for doing something. I understand, from reading the forums, that we're suppose to be able to follow the summoner code, be friendly and respectful to others, but this is just to keep people like me that follow the rules from becoming a troll. Now, what are you going to "actually" do about this? Could you do your usual, which is put out a forum post saying that you're taking care of the issue and that those people will be weeded out as they lose more games? Maybe you will come up with something else to divert the conversation away from the topic like,"we've been busy lately and putting a lot of things on the back burner" instead of handling those problems. What makes me even madder then the trolls that do this, is you riot. Appearantly, you can take my money, which I think I've payed quite a bit of money into your company, but I guess their money is just as good. I understand, you're a business, but remember what happens when business start moving more towards the profit and forgetting where that money comes from. People start walking away from your product. Fix this Riot, and stop blowing smoke up our butts about how you're "Fixing" it and have been for the last 3 or 4 years that I can remember.
