Add options to change in-game settings from the League Client.

This may not apply to every person who plays league but it is something very simple that Riot has yet to implement into their game.

I play on a 4k Monitor. I recently went to a LAN party for League where there was only 1080p Monitors.
The issue is this.. Since I normally play on 4k resolution, Once the game started I could only see about 1/4th of the screen. (as if it was super zoomed in) The IN-GAME resolution settings are NOT changeable unless you are IN-GAME. I could not change my resolution from 4k back to 1080p because the ONLY intuitive way to change resolution in game is IN-GAME...

This is more of a suggestion to fix the game / launcher. Make an option to change IN-GAME settings (Resolution, Graphics, ect)

After joining a game an realizing I cannot play because the client thinks im still in 4k I had to leave, look online how to change resolution out of the game (with no way to test if it worked unless I join a game) 2nd game I joined the changes I made to the conifg file did not work, so I had to leave a 2nd game. This put me in low-priority queue ( I understand why leaving can cause this)

Im writing this to hopefully make a progressive intuitive change to the menu settings. Make it so we can change in-game settings via the League Client settings.

Thanks for listening to my ramble. -StNolly

Can't you already change in-game settings in the non-shitty, buggy, useless piece of crap, actually updated client?
