So, could the provisional system be less lame?

I never really played ranked much. I was in silver last season and didnt play a whole semester so I decayed into bronze. I climbed back out but now this season I got put back into bronze 1 even though I went 7-3 in the provisional matches. I don't really see how that is fair seeing how I had to climb out of it just a couple weeks ago and showed that I should be out of it. inb4 if you dont belong there you will climb. my point is that takes time, time that I've already put into it.
