In-game, what was the blue rabbit/rat thing following me?

I tried screenshotting it but I did PrtSc instead of F12 because I didn't know. I was playing jungler Nocturne and it came out of nowhere. Was it from an item or was it because I did something or random?

it was the devourer. if you read the patch notes, when you have devourer a lil pet followers you when you become sated, it merges with you. when the sates ability actives you can catch glimpses of a purple'ish clone attacking at the same time you do. Atleast thats how it was when i played yi :p looked rather Cool.
