Add Time CC'd/Amount of CC to Champions in the Advanced Details

If you add how much overall time you were CC'd in game and how much CC you did to champion it would help show another aspect of the game and how well and individual did his job. This would be an interesting thing to see.

would need a good way to define "cc". is a 15% slow cc? is a 80% slow cc? is a snare cc? is a stun cc? how about a knockup? etc.
