Is the "wuju style" an easter egg reference to the "muju style" that jin uses in samurai champloo?

So I just finished Samurai Champloo and one of the main protagonists, Jin (not Jhin ), uses a style called "muju". As we see wuju is just muju with the first letter upside down and it's fairly known that Riot made some references to famous anime in the past. Do you think it is an easter egg or just a coincidence?

Offtopic: I really recomend Samurai champloo to anyone who hasn't seen it, it's a really diferent anime to what the industry usually delivers

PD: Sorry for my english, it's not my main language

PDD: "Jin" means "benevolence", isn't that ironic considering our Jhin ?

No it refers to Chinese Kung fu, called "wushu".
