what happened to the support?

all i see is ap middle cry babies that don't get their spot. so they go "support" and build all ap, no sightstone, no vision, no defenses of any kinds, all they want to do is take the farm and kills..... i understand the "kill lane" meta craze that's been going around... but honestly... it requires some teamwork and some kind of coordination between the two players on not only the champion select but vision control and most importantly AGREEMENT on this combo

i personally do not like this new trend, since most dont want to be support and just want to torment the adc, i hope theres a soon to be fix

It's not just mid mains. I get Cho'gaths, mumus, Rammuses, Volis of course, etc. Honestly I wouldn't mind if they actually accomplished anything, but 100% of the time they just feed and fall off harder than an 0/10 Katarina. And then they take your CS and push the lane so you get killed too.

this is my point, i wouldnt mind at all WHAT they pick as a champion, as long as they keep in mind what role they are playing SUPPORT. this means u dont randomly push minions at all! last hitting is golden. dont waste that gold. but still u over push and cause the adc to farm under their tower causing instant lose over and over

There is a difference between being a support and being a slave, you're asking the duo laner in bot to be the latter.

And honestly, who said bot Has to have a person dedicated for supporting?

Support is easy. I don't understand how people can't support? Just pick a healer like Soraka and heal them and place wards if you can't play some one that can engage. OR if you want to have fun, just play AP Sona, get a Sight Stone (actually use it) and build sheen and stuff. She does great damage with her poke, she has an AOE stun and can heal herself and allies. Even if you accidentally take a kill it still benefits your team so you can get more items and it puts the person that you killed behind.
