Rioters still play at 1000 wins?

I'm currently sitting at 999 wins and one of my friends noticed. Do any Riot employees still play with players for their 1000th win?

I don't know how many Rioters there are right now with less than 1000 wins :P

If you asked them, I've seen them play a game with some people because it was the player's birthday.
