[IDEA] Fix the blind pick dibs madness.

The current system of blind picks relies on people to call dibs on the role they want. This often leads to arguments, trolls, "what's left?" confusion, and horribly unbalanced teams. What's worse.. the situation is exasperated by the fact that everyone loads at different speeds, and this is often reflected in chat logs that differ from player to player.

So. There are a couple of problems here:

1. The system of dibs relies on players to agree. There is no way to remedy disagreements.
2. There is lag time during the loading process, and this lag time affects the chat log.

The fix for #1 above is to allow players to pick the role they want via a button. If someone clicks the "mid" button before you do.. it's settled. No more posting differing chat logs to resolve arguments, and no more trying to figure out "what's left?". In blind pick, the buttons would be open to everyone at the same time. In draft.. it would be open to users when they were able to pick. In either case, the roles could be traded(a la champions).

The fix for #2 is to add a small delay before the roles can be picked. Give everyone time to load the selection screen before the madness ensues.
