Would love to know why the tribunal seems to be down, yet I get banned for bull shit

How is it the tribunal is under "maintenance" yet I get banned? I get an e-mail full of what I wrote in a game. That's cool. I know what I said. But the tribunal didn't look at what the two toxic players on my team said? I get banned, can't fight it, or even review the ruling, and these two kids get to keep being toxic, and getting other players banned? Someone explain this shit to me.
If I can't talk to the tribunal about this, I'm going to spend the next two weeks creating dozens of accounts and trolling the game. Apparently everyone that trolls never gets banned.

There are other systems in place to address Player Behavior.

The system is designed to not take the actions of other players into account. The Tribunal was intended to work the same way.

If you believe the ruling was in error, you can submit a Support ticket to ask for a secondary review.

If you reported the instigating players, it's likely they'll soon have a case built against them - assuming they don't already have a sanction of some sort.

Troll behavior is certainly punishable. It's often more difficult to detect, and may require more time to catch, but it's also often punished more harshly.

If you'd like to discuss it, I was a frequent contributor to the old TBI forums, and may be able to offer some insight.
