It was an idea day.

So, I was thinking the other day, "man would it be sweet to be able to get some of those skins I missed out on". (here's looking at you urfwick) then I was thinking why couldnt they implement a system that allowed older accounts a second chance at buying a skin they may have missed. (not quite sure how well it would go over) I know most of you are probably thinking well, it would decrease the "rarity" of x skin. that is probably true. but most of the "rare" skins ive seen were super common when they were released, they are "rare" now due to the massive number of new players.

But, it was just a few thoughts. what do you guys/gals think?
