"Hi" carved on Red Sentinel Wall

I came back to League after a two week break, just in time for the URF bonus IP weekend. I noticed something on Red Team Red Sentinel wall. The word "Hi" was carved onto the wall. I showed it to my friends and they agreed that it was there. Any thoughts about? I assumed it was related to Omega Teemo but I could be wrong.
