I'll keep this short and sweet, basically I got my silver rank early this morning or last night whichever you prefer; 11/12/15 at 3:24 am.
Does this mean I'll get the border and it'll show I was silver for 2015 or am I two days late?

Deep Terror Nami2 votesNo, sorry. Whatever Rank you had on Nov. 11th 00:00 PDT is what counts. Anything after that (unless you were in queue right before the deadline) when Ranked came back online was in the preseason and will not change your rewards.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesSeason 4 ended on November 11th, and 2015 Season started on January 21st.
With that in mind, since it ended on the 11th it should be reasonable to assume the 2016 Season may start on the 21st as well. They will only be doing 1 or 2 more patches, so it could come sooner.
