Keep getting wrecked

Tecnically I'm a smurf. I had a lvl 30 account un EU, them moved to NA. After one year of inactivity decided to start an US account. Keep in mind: I've never been a pro. I was proud to have a 48% winrate, never played ranked.

I'm not a "bronze" player, I'm just a casual player that play(ed) for fun.

Now, with my US account I have 78W 91L, I've just reached level 30, and I keep being matched against people that

  1. Has more victories than my total games (when lucky)
  2. Premades (2+ people playing together)
  3. ranked guys.
  4. If there in a <30 lvl guy, is in my team.

How is it possible? Noone out there is at my skill level? Years ago I remember games where far more balanced, now I by error I win two games I know for sure that I'm going to be 100% crushed in the 3rd one into an impossible matchup. And I just reached 30! I barely have the right runes!

I know that I'm bad, but WTF?

"How is it possible? Noone out there is at my skill level?" Well, sometimes the match making sucks but if you are getting matched with them that's a pretty good sign they actually are at your level. Though do remember the less people play, the less accurate matchmaking for anything is going to be (small sample size).

It sounds like you may have a wrong idea or two, so I'll say a few things just in case.

"1) Has more victories than my total games (when lucky)" The reality is the opposite of what you seem to think. Just because a player has a lot of victories doesn't mean they are any good. Those wins are going to be against people they rated to be similar to. 300 wins while at 970 Elo doesn't mean they are more skilled, it means they belong there. While on the other hand, if they only have a few victories, it means that could mean they are a resident of that rating or someone far better who hasn't played much.

"2) Premades (2+ people playing together)" Just because they are a premade, doesn't meant they are any good, that they are at all coordinated, or that they are even communicating with each other, especially in normals. Often, it's just people who had decent games once queueing together because they want a chill game.

"3) ranked guys." The only requirements for ranked is being Level 30 and having 16 champions. Just because the play ranked, doesn't meant they are any good etc. see Section 1.

"4) If there in a <30 lvl guy, is in my team." I imagine that is going to happen a few times. You just reached Level 30, right?

I don't think you should worry too much about this. I say don't worry about it, just try to learn the game, and see if you can make a couple of cool plays.

Look at it as an opportunity to improve. If you always play against people who are worse than you, how will you get any better?
