Substitute player system [Double post]

Ok, everyone that plays the game have certainly experienced the frustation to see Leavers ,once. Actually I'm pretty sure most of the player experience this all the time! This game is ruined by those leavers that sometime, have a good reason to leave but most of the time they should not have queued on the first time. Basically unbalanced match or not fun.

There should be a system implented to replace missing player(s) in a match. As soon as the player abbandon the match the game should be looking for substitute to join.

What I'm proposing is not a surprise, alot of people have suggested this, 2015 we still don't have that system. This is really simple to implent, Players that queue will be proposed to join an ongoing match, they would be informed of the time elapsed, the champions to replace with his items. Let me know if I'm missing anything important, you get the point. Maybe some people don't want to be annoyed by this when they queue for a match, well then they could disable this, that's really simple.

Please let me know what you guys think about this system.
