Refund tokens

With Riot constantly changing champions in almost every patch it seems, for example Galio, Kog Maw, Sejuani, Zac, and a few others I think it is kind of stupid that Riot does not give out refund tokens anymore. I bought Kog maw before his initial rework then i refunded him because of his new rework because i did not like it i did the same with Rengar and now i have wasted 2 refund tokens because Riot just changed 2 champions i like to play before their reworks why do i have to suffer because Riot just decides they no longer like how a champion works i have put hundreds of hours into this game and still do not have all of the champions because i dont support buying RP, and now i have some of these less then enjoyable champions in my collection because Riot just decided they wanted to rework them and now i am stuck with them even though there are far more enjoyable champions i would like to play but do not have the IP to buy or time to grind 6300 IP which is at the least like 50 games to play a new champion. Stop being selfish just so people will buy more RP its dumb.
