How can I fix my lp gains?

I was gaining 20 lp losing 18 for a while but I lost a lot of games at one point and now im at 15 lp gains 22 losses. Even after winning lots of games in a row, my lp gains will just go up slightly like 16 or 17. Im at 98 wins 95 losses currently so shouldnt it be even? Its really discouraging to play since this happens.
