Good rune page?

The rune page im trying to make cost approx. 20,000ip.

It consists of: 9x crit chance reds 2x crit chance yellows 3x flat armor yellow 4x flat hp yellow 3x crit chance blues 5x flat mr blues 1x mr/lvl blue 2x lifesteal quints 1x AD quints

I have spent about 7500 ip towards this rune page, however I have wasted about 2.000ip by buying wrong items by accident.

Any suggestions or comments?
