LEAGUE WORKERS ARE STUPID AF

Hey i could not connect to a game and my league client crashed on me. Ok i tried to get back in the game but it just would not let me and i tried and tried. Comes to it that when i do try to connect and i am allowed back in the game was already remade when i tried to click reconnect. Now im sitting on a 20 minute ban for 5 games now? What kind of stupid punishment is that? you do no connect to a ranked game, could not even be your fault and ur wasting an hour 40 minutes of your time waiting to play a game? Can u guys at least think of a reasonable punishment not some bs punishment, be mindful that some people cannot connect right away and are not purposely trying to leave the game and u still those kind of people? People that do nothing wrong really get punished because of your unfair punishment? Literally i dont know how much more stupid you guys can get. And one last thing for the whole Leage of Legends team FUCK YOU!!!
