Question about Bloodthirster LS unique passive
does it not stack with other lifesteal items, like BOTRK or does it just not stack with other bloodthirsters?

If you buy two bloodthirsers, you do not get 40 lifesteal. So basically, it doesn't stack with itself, but still works with other lifesteal items. It could be potentially problematic if it weren't set up this way, because you could get absurd amounts of both AD and LS by stacking them.
