If you get behind as a jungler then it's because you're wasting too much time. If you're not taking an objective, ganking a lane, or killing a camp then you're wasting time. Every second counts as a jungler, wasting even 10 seconds puts you behind a camp, doing this 5-10+ times per game will get you multiple levels behind. Unless you you need to be somewhere immediately, always kill jungle camps and try to never leave your jungle sitting unkilled for extended amounts of time.

depends on your farm. if you have 16 cs by ten minutes than you should be. stop wasting in a brush when the lane is pushed in and go farm, nothing's gonna happen.
