when you're behind in the game and the enemy has the dragon lead and the cloud dragon is up, don't get it because if you leave it up and you get aced then theres less of a reward for them. But if you do kill it and the next one is elder or infernal then you have a larger loss (sorry for bad wording)

depends on your team comp high mobilty teams want cloud drags over infernals so if your team is behind grabbing the cloud will actualyl help even if you get aced
